Company Summary

VEEP Energy (Formerly known as SaveMeMoney Wind and Solar Ltd) is a fast-growing Solar PV Developer company, that delivers long term and sustainable savings to our full range of domestic and commercial customers.

Our Company established in 2015 with two employees, which grew to eleven full-time staff up to this point and we still rapidly growing. We installed over 12,000 Solar PV panels in the last seven years and served over 1000 customers.

We are looking for an ambitious, well-motivated and experienced individual with great and friendly skills. The position is based on outstanding sales talent. The most important duty is the Solar PV delivery to the customers and business partners.

We have no cold calls or door to door involved. We are offering a premium quality Solar PV products such as the Smart SolarEdge PV systems to our clients such as Invert, ATC, ILAC, Topaz, etc…

You will need to have own vehicle and a Full Clean B licence to covering all over in the Republic of Ireland.

Objectives of this role
Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.

Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets.

Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.

Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.

Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.

Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g: Salesforce)
  • Ability to deliver presentations

Payment:

32k Basic per annum, plus Commission, plus benefits
